The ministry is informed by the following

• Senior and younger pastors plight in ministry.

• There is a lot of anecdotal information on the issues that the ministry intends to address, and

• Lack of synergy between the eldership and the pastors.

• The need for marital counselling

The ministry cannot function without support.

To that end, it requires
- Prayer partners
- Providers of Technical services
- Professional and advisory services
- Financial support (donations, pledges and bequeaths)
